Women on the Run

Women on the Run (WOTR) is a women's only run group for beginner, intermediate and advanced runners. The Women on the Run program includes professionally coached weekly group runs with technique assistance as well as additional weekly workouts. Designed for women of all abilities, whether you are an avid walker that has been considering progressing to some running or if you are a seasoned veteran looking for a challenge to get faster.   • When: Saturday 7:30-8:45 AM

    • 10 weeks

    • Drop-in (will not receive weekly workouts)

13 Weeks to 13 Miles

Are you interested in running your first 1/2 Marathon?
Or perhaps you want to run another one and PR?
Or maybe just want some training company?

Then come join us for 13 weeks to get you ready to run a great 1/2 marathon!
We will meet as a group once a week to do our long run together you will get 2 additional quality runs to do on your own for that week

The group runs will be divided into 2 levels

Level 1: First 1/2 marathon or are planning to jog/walk the race
Level 2: If you have done a 1/2 marathon before or want to be more competitive

  • When: March 19—June 11 (13 weeks)
  • Next Group runs: Saturday 8:30-9:45am
  • Cost: $125.00
